Two Earrings, One Turning The eccentric chuck allows a true centre to be manipulated to produce off-set centres.On the eccentric chuck, (photo 1) the 'face-plate' is in a slot.Move the faceplate from centre (off-set it) to the extreme edge of the eccentric chuck, by turning the set-screw on the side.
